The hotel is clean and tidy, with lovely pool. Staff are friendly and helpful. The major problem with this hotel is the food, breakfast is continental only and a bit dull. The restaurant is open only for breakfast but the hotel offers room service - they order in from the local Chinese or pizza takeaway. The Chinese food was not bad but the pizza was awful. We waited 3 hours only to have the wrong pizza delivered. There are no local restaurants so you will need a car to find some food.

We were staying there for one night with two small children. It was a fine price including a nice breakfast. It is far away from everything, but it is a okay place with nice and clean rooms. We were a bit dissapointed when we came back from a whole day in Valencia centre and they did nok have any food in the restaurant. It is oonly for breakfast. Så we had to go far away in the car to find an open restaurant. You will definately need a car to stay here, but then is is a okay place with an okay price.

From the outside, the hotel looks like a hospital! It's in the middle of a Factory Estate and rooms overlook the Ford Car Factory parking areas! There is a large outdoor swimming pool, but no seats in the garden and no loungers by the pool.

THERE IS NO RESTAURANT IN OR ANYWHERE NEAR THE HOTEL. There is a small bar next to the Reception desk, and some coin operated snack machines nearby. What the hotel calls 'room service' is a series of menus provided by outside catering establishments, during specified hours.

Breakfast is a 'Continental only' help yourself and was not very exciting. This hotel would be suitable as an overnight stop, but is a long way from either Valencia or Manises Airport. The staff were OK, acceptable but not particularly friendly.
