My overall rate for this hotel is 3, but it's only for the effort made by some of the hotel's employees to keep the 4th star from falling...
Giving the hotel 4 stars was exaggerated, it would have a hard time with 3.
We stayed for 4 nights, me and my girl, and had to change rooms
two times! I'm not the typical complainer, not even close, but the first night was like sleeping in a sauna. The temperature was so hot, it was hard to breath. The client have no way to control the temperature. The next room was really cold, again with no way to make it warmer. No maintenance staff to come over to check it out,
although we called few times. The third room was a sauna again, but we already understood that that's the way it is - no way to control the heat... and no maintenance.
In general, there was not enough staff in the hotel, not even in the dining room. Breakfast was not 4 stars, hardly 2, and dinner was not too bad. You do have to wait for few minutes, though, for some of the trays to come out of the kitchen.
The hotel is not ready yet!!!
