Stayed 5 nights in this hotel a few weeks ago and loved it!
Very good value for the money. Rooms are quite and well organized. The hallway is a little dark and long if you have your room on the oposite side from the elevator....

Stayed with a group of families on a skiing holiday. Rooms were small but clean. Excellent service from staff at the bar (very generous drink portions). One night we had a minor leak from the bath and it was sorted out quickly and efficiently by the chambermaid. Dinner was sometimes chaotic but there were 20+ of us with at least 10 children so to be expected. Very friendly restaurant manager but the hotel manager used to hang around looking grim and serious.

Easy walk down to the ski area but harder walk back at the end of the day (uphill!) - not far though.

A number of good restaurants in old Cerler that are well worth checking out especially if you like steaks.

to forget... terrible meals dont have a snak bar and nothing to eat at lunch time.....positive only because is near to the pists. Very disorganized....

We stayed in an "up and down" appartment for 6 people and was charming and confortable.
Our friends in a 3 people room was a good stay too.

the clercks was very friendly and helpfull and the ski station was wanderfull.

We recomend the HG CERLER as the best...
