Absolutely spotless accommodation in a wonderful little village - turn off the main road and it's like stepping back in time. Hospitality great but not in your face and breakfasts were high quality produce, freshly cooked. Superb base for day trippers and walkers alike.

Very warm welcome. Fantastic food - lovely lean bacon and the rich colour of the scrambled egg has free-range written all over it! Beautifully presented. Nice comfortable room. We were guided to a great country pub within about 5 minutes walking distance where there is a wide choice of evening meals. For us it was 110% in every respect. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending.

the owners have created a beautiful home away from home {in fact its much nicer!} A lovely clean room with a small sitting room elegantly decorated greeted me and the owner pauline made me feel very welcome. A private visitors entrance ensured that my creeping in way after midnight from the fabulous local pub did not disturb the owners or other guests. After a very comfotable nights sleep, a fablous home cooked breakfast presented with amazing attention to detail, finished off my trip perfectly. I would not hestitate to recommend this b&b to anyone especially those looking for a quiet, romantic get away in this beautiful part of the country.
