This hotel is 30 minutes walk from Ibiza town centre, but over the road from the Marina Botafoch, which has a few nice restaurants and shops. Around the back, but without direct access from the hotel is a public beach which is nice enough but from what I saw, extremely busy. The hotel has NO POOL although you can sit on the top during the day in an area which becomes a loud bar at night (ear plugs provided in room!). The bar is closed during the day, so it's quite peaceful for guests, but it's not really designed for sunbathing. It was clean, yes, it was nicely designed, yes, the staff were nice, yes, but it was exactly the same in layout as any bog standard purpose built hotel. Okay for a night or two but after that the fact that you can't swing a cat in your room becomes a bit constricting. You can walk around the bed and that's about it - there's not enough floor space for a sun salutation for example, if you like that kind of thing, which I do, but couldn't indulge in in that particular room. If it wasn't within it's high price bracket I might say it was reasonable value for money, but there was no way it was reasonable value for money. We moved on to another place - Can Curreu near Santa Eulalia which is slightly more expensive, but the difference in was incredible. Ocean Drive is a great city break hotel if you want a weekend in Ibiza town and don't mind a bit of a walk into the city and don't want to chill out by a pool - or do any yoga in your room!
Room Tip: Rooms on the fourth floor get the noise from the bar at night.
