This bed and breakfast seemed at first to be the ideal place for my partner and I to spend our first visit to the beautiful island of Ibiza. Though very pricey at Euro 380 per night for a B&B in a very secluded location, the initial welcome from owner Lluc seemed warm. However we were soon to find that the room was far more basic than advertised. The hotel amenities were very poor, only one computer in the 'lounge' with slow internet connection and a spa that never had anyone available to take bookings. Breakfast was very Holiday Inn Express. Over our 2 night stay we spent 100s of Euros on taxi fares to and from the town centre and beach. On our day of departure we had a midnight flight to catch so we asked the owner if we could check out at noon and put our suitcases away somewhere to pick up before we left for the airport. He assured us it would be fine and that he would also provide a more basic room for us to shower and rest in before our departure. The reality was that when we came back from the beach to the hotel in the evening we were directed to a small back office where our suitcases had been left, there was nowhere to shower or sit other than an uncomfortable, small lounge. Lluc was nowhere to be found to even speak to about the possibility of showering. The final surprise was that when we got back we discovered that Lluc had charged us for a 3rd night at Euro380 per night for storing our cases in the back office and sitting around for half the night in the communal area. Needless to say his tone changed when we called to complain about the extra night charge when we got back to UK, he became very unhelpful and said we had been on the premises for 3 nights technically. Please spend your money elsewhere and beware of Lluc. Sadly it's just not what it says on the box in this case.
