The hotel is typical for Premiere Classe chain - roadside motel with no frills. However, the location is rather far away from the center of Grenoble, even with your car. Also there is absolutely nothing around, so if you are there in the evening when the receiption is closed - nothing is available, as even the snack vending machine is not available. The room and bathroom are very small, but the bunk bed can be fun for kids. Our room was clean, so no complaints here. Wifi was working and breakfast seemed decent, but we did not have time to try it. However, please keep in mind that the receiption is not manned late in the evening, so to get your room keys your need to operate the special machine. We arrived late and had to deal with the machine, but it does not recognized our cards, as we have booked and prepaid this hotel via Expedia, not Premiere Classe site directly. At the end we had to pay for the hotel room again (through the machine), but in the morning we were reimburssed by the receiptionts after some paperwork and were advised to call in advance to avoid such problems in the future. All in all, it was acceptable for a short-stopover, but I would probably look elsewhere next time I will be around Grenoble.
