The quality we received for the price we paid was extremely good (in January the prices are very low)! Nice house, very clean, good refurbished, kitchen had everything we needed and more, including dishwasher. The TV needs to be paid for, but you can bring your own and plug it in for free. The only negative thing was that we did not have internet inside our appartment, because the signal was very low. Outside this did work; however online it said that free internet was offered and this was not mentioned. We do recommend those appartments to everyone, but a view points of advice: bring your own sheets, own cleaning products, do not trust on internet, bring dvds/games ( it is a very quite area) and sit down carefully on the couch!!!! The village is very small and quite and during the winter there is not much to do. It is adviced to rent bikes (go to tourist info). Was a very good experience!

We booked through Alternative Aquitaine who promised that this was an ideal venue for a family with young kids who will enoy the pool, peace and tranquility - unfortunately they failed to mention that Le Teich Music festival was taking place!! Three nights of blaring music well into the wee hours, not ideal with young children! Whilst the accomodation was reasonable the student staff who grumbled under their management (and had no understanding of customer service), the giant mosquitoes and the poor grounds overall a very poor holiday experience. Alternative Aquitaine were unhelpful, given that they act as a middle person my recommendation is not to book through them.
