We booked this hotel with virtually no English information with which to judge it ... however, we got a great deal booking 28 days in advance for a twin room. The hotel is located in close proximity to all the sights of Asakusa, and super close to Asakusa Station (Tsukuba Express line). Also within easy bike-riding distance of the kitchen district, and even Ueno. There are (free!) bikes available for rental from the hotel. The hotel is spotlessy clean, and while most - if not all - of the guests were Japanese, staff were extremely polite and helpful. Our room was very small but perfectly formed - definitely worth paying extra for the twin room to get that tiny bit of additional space. Beds very comfortable too! Looking toward Ueno from our window, which opened enough to let in fresh air when required. All mod cons, including TV etc, trouser press, ice machine and hi-tech bathroom. Also recommended is a small and friendly bar - Samurai Bar - on the corner nearby. A good place to meet other travellers and have a few drinks at the end of the night! There is a handy supermarket located diagonally across the road.
