Free wifi in hotel lobby, free internet in-room (you can get a wire lan from reception), one desktop in the lobby for free, free ice-machine near lobby (you can have your own whisky on rock), one 7-eleven & one family mart near the coner within 1 min walk distance.
Several restaurants along the road from exit C6 to the hotel. 1010 store with 2 mins walk distance. Walking street named 一番街 with 2 mins walk distance, there are many restaurants.

I stayed at the hotel on Oct 4, 2011 for 1 night, and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the location can't be any better! It's about 1 minute walk from Ikebukuro's C6 exit, which has an escalator that leads to the underground pathway connecting the entire Ikebukuro station as well as multiple shopping malls such as Seibu.
The room is tiny, perfect for 1 person, but might be a bit cosy for 2. The bed is quite comfortable, but the pillow is a little bit smaller than standard pillows. The overall decor of the room is modern and clean, but the walls aren't totally sound proof (I heard some banging sound from my neighbor)...

Selected for it's location & 1st anniversary special price - Yen5,890/night including breakfast + free internet. Real bargain for Tokyo, still good value at regular price. Hotel is located literally 1 mins walk from Exit C1 exit. Room is compact yet very clean and neat. Everything you need for a comfortable stay - a kettle, microwave, plate+bowl+cutlery and even a regular size washer/dryer which did a perfect job. Bathroom (with a bathtub!) is pretty good size considering the room is only 15sq metres. Staff speak good English and very helpful. Though daily room cleaning is not available, they change towels and nightshirts daily. Unbeatable shopping with 0101 just across the street, covered access thru Ikebukuro JR to 2 big department stores Nobu+Seibu plus loads of shops/restaurants along the way. WIFI only at lobby though free internet is available in room. TIP - If you carry a big suitcase, EXIT C6 is better with both up/down escalator.

We stayed 5 nights here during our Tokyo trip. It was in my opinion, hassle free and decent business hotel for its price. Location was great, close to Ikebukuro Station where you can find a lot of places to eat and shop.
The room was small but there was a washing machine inside! This was one of the reason we chose this hotel. We were fortunate that we didn't have any problems packing our dirty laundry back home.
Breakfast was included but selection was really limited.

We thought this was a decent business hotel in Ikebukuro..
