We stayed here on the weekend. The rooms are very nice, small though but they have a smart floor plan. Price is good, breakfast is good with good choice of Japanese and continental items.

There is a parking available which is very convenient. Lots of nice shops and restaurants around the corner. The JR station is very close.

Overall this would rate excellent if it was not for the service. We arrived quite early on Saturday and we only asked if we could park our car and leave our luggage. Before I finished my question the guy started to explain that we could not check in and that obviously the rooms were not ready and that they could not accept us at that time. Like we were stupid.... When I got irritated as he did not listen, his colleague took over and she handled it quite well. When we checked in later on the day the guy helped us again and we had to pay through a machine that did not accept Amex or Mastercard (how would you think that a European guy would pay otherwise ? I do not have a Japanese bank account....) and it took us another half hour to get the room. Next morning checking out was not flawless either.

Great hotel and liked it a lot except for the service. The only one doing quite a good job was the lady, however she was not a sparkling person either. Smile guys !
