Reception area look very new and clean, staffs were all very friendly, there is staff who speak Chinese, check in were simple and fast. Room is a little small (anyway all hotel room in Japan are all very small) but very clean and comfortable. Every things works perfectly well. There's free internet in the room but you have to bring your own notebook. Kettle, hairdryer TV. On the 2nd floor there's microwave oven for you to heat up your food. Plus point FREE international call at the reception area limited to 5mins call time. There also 2 PC and printer(paper provided) at the reception area for use. 5 small Free gift item(like packet shampoo, bath sand, eyes pad, etc) for each night you stay you can pick up at the reception area. You need to leave your room from 10 am - 3pm if you want them to clean your room. If don't required housing keeping you can stay in during these time, the housekeeper will leave a bag of clean towel outside your room . Reception is close from 10am-3pm.
Hotel location 10 mins slow walk from the Ikebukuro station, exit from "North Exit 20a"
Once you step out of the station, cross the road you will see on your right side Sun City Hotel (brown building) it's the street beside the hotel "Bunka Street" . Super hotel is further down Tokyo Inn Hotel. You won't see the name until you are right in front of the entrance. Look out for sign board with "Y6,280" on it. I will definitely come back here the next time i visit Tokyo, Value for Money

this hotel was amazing from start to finish. i was there 2 years ago with my family.

very clean and big for the price you pay... EXTREME VALUE! Everything is spotless and functional... the A/C was a little noisy at night but honestly... for the price you pay... you cant ask for more.

staff was amazing and very willing to help. though english was minimal, it was sufficient.

and for the price we paid... FREE INTERNET and hear this.. FREE INTERNATIONAL CALLS!!! what?!!? YES!!! THATS RIGHT!!! FREE INTERNATIONAL CALLS ANYWHERE WITH NO TIME LIMIT!!!!

about a 10 minute walk from the Ikebukuro JR Station. On the way though, there are plenty to see and plenty of culture to absorb.

free breakfast every morning.. not the biggest selection but food is fresh and taste great... selection of drinks is HUGE... u get about 10 choices and we're not talking bout coffee, tea or water.

will definitely come back and planning to this year. highly recommended!
