Likes: Perfect location, extremely near by the train station, in the middle of anything you might need such as convenience store, Mc.D, Burger King, KFC, Pizza, it is near very delicious ramen kiosk in the lane behind the train station, many good tasting foods around, room is very small but very clean, have bathtub, electric closet, drinkable pet water, vending machines almost on every guest floors, receptions quite helpful although with very limited english. Price is very cheap considering the location and the good room.

Dislikes: Can't think of anything, definitely will stay here again. (A bit noisy cause it's in the central area, but not too disturbing)

Convenient for public transport, shopping and overall good.

We were prepared for the size of the rooms from reading reviews but we were pleasantly surprised - yes, it was small but it was bright. As we spent most days sight seeing we usually went to bed as soon as we got back to the Hotel.
The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.
The hotel is directly opposite the train station and even though our room faced the front of the Hotel we had no problem with street noise. We didn't have breakfast in the Hotel, there is a supermarket a few yards up from the Hotel and we bought items there, also recocommend Vive de France (or some name to that effect) great place for sweet / savoury pastries and very nice coffee.

A Japanese version of a nice American city hotel. Sunroute is a chain that knows how to keep its hotels nice. The location is good because you have both the Yamanote (circle) JR line AND the subway at the doorstep of this hotel. There is also a wide variety of places (including McD) for breakfast seconds away from the door. 15 minutes to virtually anywhere in Tokyo without being in an overly busy location. Internet worked fine as long as you can take a wire (which they thoughtfully provide). Frig also included.
