I stayed here for 2 nights at the end of May, and found this hotel to be a good choice in terms of quality and price.
I didnt find the location as central as other reviews have stated. Shinjuku station is a HUGE station and it can take 15 minutes from one end to the other. Once you have found your exit you then have to walk for another 10 minutes to get to the hotel.
The hotel offer a shuttle bus to the station every 15 minutes, but there were always queues. The walk isn't too bad so we just opted to walk.
The hotel is clean but slightly dated. The staff were pleasant enough but they weren't very helpful when it came to offering tourist advice.
The room was big, the beds comfortable, and the bathrooms have body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and all other toiletries you'd expect. There is a fridge but no mini bar. Television only had Japanese channels, radio was broken, and the view was in to the block of offices next door.
Their is no internet in the rooms, only wifi in the lobby which was really slow.
Overall the hotel was good considering it is in Tokyo. If you want a place to store your bags and sleep then its a good choice.

Take your own adapter as they charge over 1000Yen for one. Also, dont eat in the restaurant. Go somewhere local for half the price!
