“Comfy room but not so convenient location”

The hotel is a short walk from the metro station. However, that metro line is not very convenient. Going to most places requires 2 or more transfers. The room is itself is quite small. The bed very comfy. The window only has a opaque shade, no privacy curtains (lace type curtain which would allow light to enter). It's either full on sunlight or none at all. I was on a high floor (7th), but it was facing another towering office building, not much privacy.

“Nice basic hotel”

First I would like to mention it's not specious like other hotels around the world but hotel dose do the job , I stayed there 3 nights just checking out Tokyo , hotel dose have most of the facilities , 24 hr reception and very convenient location , happy with everything , strongly recommended for short term stays

“Boutique hotel done right”

Great place for relaxing. Located in prime location, the Hotel Grand Fresa is a great choice if you're planning a trip to Tokyo.

Staff speaks English and are very friendly, helpful, and very accommodating.

Very close to the metro. Only took about 10 minutes to walk to Roppongi. Nice and quiet area. Although there are lots of restaurants, bars, and food courts near by.

Overall, was a great stay.

Very close to Metro and 10 mins walk to Roppongi, quiet and relaxed area yet close to goverment (Diet, etc), plenty of bars/eateries near Theatre. One of the quieter back blocks of inner Tokyo - staff very friendly & accomodating, excellent English skills. No Business Centre or Fitness Centre. Recommended.
