Don't know what to add. I love this place. So I'll try and comment on some other things:
Concierge: Really helpful. I wish I remember her name, she was totally cool. And she didn't turn up her nose when I wanted an authentic and cheap ramen place, nor when I asked her about a coin laundromat. (I can't bring myself to pay twice what my underwear cost to get them washed. Hotels are so silly this way still).
Gym: It's kinda lame that they charge extra to use the locker room at the gym. I know it's a spa and all that, but really, at $500+ a night for rooms, you can't let your guests use the gym lockers without dinging them another 2,500 yen? Staying at the Hyatt Roppongi Hills the week before, I was impressed by how they went out of their way to sign me up to the Hyatt Gold Club just so I could enjoy their lockers and spa. The Ritz could learn from this.
Lobby lounge: Because its a destination itself it didn't seem very inviting to the regular guests. After a day of work or sights it came across as stuffy. I felt like I needed a top hat and monocle.

Hotels can't be perfect for everyone and I was being critical above to add something new to the conversation. Overall, if you've got the means, or want to splurge, this is an amazing hotel.
