Had a Great stay for 2 weeks. Staff, room & service couldn't have been better.

I have used this hotel a few times now and the rooms are excellent, they provide more than enough room for the stay and the hotel provides all the options that I require (free and fast internet, etc). The location is also great as it is just metres away from am impressive stretch of restaurants and is 2 minutes walk to the subway. The staff are always very willing to help with any requests as well (power adapters, directions, etc).

I would highly recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

I travel to Japan a lot and now stay here whenever I can. The rooms are more like small apartments and for the size and location are great value. And very central too. It's only 10 minutes walk from Roppongi (Mid Town, Suntory Art Museum etc) and is a minute from the Chiyoda subway. Lots of good restaurants, bars and clubs around, and good coffee at the little ground floor restaurant. (They tell me there will be a new Italian restaurant replacing the coffee shop). The staff are very helpful and there's free high speed internet as well. Makes Tokyo a reasonably priced holiday or business trip.

I'm only writing this because some previous reviews seem unreasonable. This is a very good hotel. It is all you could ask for. It costs about $130, but the third night is free. We greatly enjoyed walking around from this exellent location. I can only guess that the critics normally stay in $500 rooms.
