Good location with a short walk to the Metro. Young children found it good. In our group of 12 one room smelled lightly of cigarettes. Lobby area very clean. Excellent service.

A quite peaceful place, cozy for the night. A little small, but manageable for a few nights if you do not have too much luggage. Cleanliness is of the top order. Quite centrally located, with my office a stones throw away. Convenience stores are dime and many, but is quite normal here in Japan.
The Tokyo tower is quite close by. The breakfast buffet is quite a spread and quite reasonable for Japan.

Good: Friendly staffs, clean room, laundry and vending machines, 24-hour convenience and food shops nearby

Drawback: a little bit far from subway station (but still within walking distance), the nearest stations have no escalator/lift

Hotel is a little bit far from the subway station. But the major issue is no escalator/lift at these stations, which may be a problem for traveler with big and heavy luggage.

Near Tokyo Tower. One of the nearest subway station (Toranomon station) are at Ginza line, which is very convenient for travelling to other tourism spots.

At least 3 convenience shops nearby, the best is the "150yen Lawson", lower price for similar food/drink/stuff. At least 3 food shops nearby as well (McD and the other 2 selling don & soba). McD has English menu. Not so sure for the other 2.

Front desk staffs can speak English. One of the female staffs converse Mandarin as well. They are all friendly and helpful.

There are vending/laundry machines in hotel. Handphone charger spot and pc with internet can be found at ground floor (with charge).

Room stayed was Twin room with 2 single beds at New Wing. New and clean, considered big. Corner room is bigger. According to the staff, no view of Tokyo Tower from all rooms at New Wing. What a pity.

TV, small fridge, hair dryer, pant press, toiletries are provided. Free internet connection in room via cable. Iron & board, safe, umbrella, etc are free for loan at front desk

Room type: Standard Twin - 23SQM - New Wing (5D4Ns stay)

Good:
- Within 10 - 15 mins walk to subway stations and Tokyo Tower. One of the stations (Toranomon) is on Ginza line which I think it's quite convenient to go other places in Tokyo.

- 24 hours convenience store (Lawson, FamilyMart) are nearby. Vending machines also available in hotel but it's recommended to buy from convenience stores as cheaper.

- There are 24 hours food shops and Mcdonald which are also within walking distance.

Drawback:
- I don't really see any major drawback in this hotel.

Others:
- The Toranomon station does not have lift and escalators.
- It's about 1 hour 45 mins from Narita airport to this hotel.
