The Yaesu Fujiya hotel is just so-so. On the positive side, it's well-located as its within a 5-minute walk of Tokyo Station, Ginza, and the Maranouchi Business District. Also, the buffet breakfast is quite good with a wide range of Western and Japanese options. Go with the Japanese food - it's way better and when in Tokyo....
The main drawback is really the rooms, which are beyond tiny and dated. The room is basically big enough for a double bed and that's about it. If you're a fully grown adult, you may hit your head on the ceiling in the bathroom. Also, the rooms are seriously stuffy. You can't set the thermostat below 18 degrees celsius (65F), but it feels at least 10 degrees hotter, which makes it hard to sleep and the room feels like a sauna after you shower. It also wasn't as clean as I thought it would be, given the high general standard of cleanliness of Japan. Also, make sure you request a non-smoking room. I was put in a smoking room my first night, and it was like sleeping in an ashtray.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel, but if you do stay here, it's fine enough.
