The location can't be beat. The rooms are tiny! Could barely find room for our luggage but it's a very clean, quiet and nice hotel. Would probably stay there again just for the location.

Our travel agent recommended this hotel to us, we stayed here for a total of 7 nights. I would have to say the locaiton of the hotel was perfect, it was within walking distance of most sites and if catching the metro is your thing well that was almost right outside. The French touches were really tastefully done and teh rooms were pretty big given some of the other hotels we stayed in around Japan. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. There are only 2 things warrant a comment, the air con was controlled not in the room but by the staff downstairs and getting to the hotel from the train station! My husband and I actually found that it was a 5 min walk from Tokyo Central station. For the biggest city in the world you could have thought you were out in the burbs it was so quiet.

It is a 2 minute walk from Ginzaichome station, 15 minutes away from Tsukiji market and 5 minutes away from Ginza itself but that is really just all there is attractive about this hotel. The rooms were tiny considering my sis and I are petite to begin with...there's no way you can walk about the room without hitting anything. I loved having my pyjamas provided...overall room was average, neat yet miles away from Osaka monterey la grasmere which was absolutely wow. We encountered 2 rooms that had bad smelling toilets and even after getting the cleaner to re-clean...it still smelt!

The aircon was obviously turned off and the heater was too hot since it's winter and we were told to open the windows if we wanted some ventilation.

They only provide breakfast and probably lunch at the nicholas restaurant downstairs but everything else is shared with the sister hotel just 2 minutes away.

good hotel but it has bed bugs, great location, very helpful staff
