“Good hotel for business in Tokyo”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 February 2012

Stayed here for 2 nights on business in Jan 2012. Handy for airport via TCAT bus (directly under the hotel). Arrived around 11am after an overnight flight and had to wait for 90 mins for my room - was offered a business class upgrade for Y3000 which included breakfast but declined as I usually dont eat it. Worth buying the upgrade if you do - it also includes internet so represents a saving. As always in Japan the concierge is very helpful in planning travel to meetings and even a trip to the Sumo. Hotel can be expensive but some of the discount sites can offer reasonable deals.

Room Tip: Take the offer of an upgrade for Y3000 if on room only - makes financial sense

“Tokyo convenience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 January 2012

Stayed here for business/personal trip. Conveniently located next to TCAT (Tokyo City Air Terminal) which is easy access to and from both Narita and Haneda airports via limobus. Good choice of restaurants in the hotel lower level and around the area made it convenient to stay nearby. Staff very friendly and accomodating to your needs. Rooms a bit on the small side but nice and comfortable. The Execuitve Floor provides drinks and light snacks after a long day and a good place to meet informally. Breakfast buffet is sustantial and omelette station nice.

“To massive, no atmosphere”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 21 January 2012

Big conference hotel, in general expensice as whole Tokyo so no complain about that, except breakfast almost 35 euro is overdone.
Rooms are a bit small, but ok.
The problem in tokyo you hardly will find anything better around 200 euro per night

“Typical Upscale Business Hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 21 January 2012

We stayed one night on the executive floor and four nights in the standard room. I didn't think the executive room was worth the higher room rate so go standard if budget is a factor. Easy access from Narita or Hadena Airports via the limobus to Tokyo City Air Terminal (TCAT). This is the easiest and least expensive way to get there. The hotel experience is very good but it is a bit pricey. We did really enjoy the high quality breakfast buffet which is included in the room rate. Eat a big breakfast and you will probably skip lunch and have a light snack in preparation for a Japanese dinner. It is right next to the Tokyo Metro and the stop is connected to the hotel (exit 4) which is really convenient. Get the unlimited metro pass from the hotel desk which will save some money if you travel around to multiple destinations during the day. There did not seem to be many things to see within walking distance from the hotel. Most local businesses/restaurants seemed to be closed on Sunday. My wife went on a full day tour of Tokyo organized by the travel desk which she really enjoyed.

“Good hotel but exec floors not so exec.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 10 January 2012

Stayed here with my family for 5 nights. Generally a business hotel, but was fine for a few nights while on vacation. We had an executive floor suite - of course the rooms (like the rest of the hotel) had the corporate-like feel, but nothing to complain about - very clean and actually quite spacious. Although hotel is ready for a reburb now and probably has been for the last 5 years or so.
Staying on the executive floor meant we had access to the free drinks/canapes at 5pm - I think the whole floor runs over at 5pm to grab a few free nibbles. Great little snacks (the first few that come out) but which then get a bit ropey as the evening goes on and the selection of alcoholic drinks/wines is limited. Any business class lounge would beat it by miles.
Whilst the location is perfect for the airport, you just step off the TCAT from Narita and you are pretty much at the hotel, when visiting Tokyo again, I'd stay somewhere a little more exciting such as Shibuya. But the surrounding area was pretty interesting itself - has a few small temples/shrines that are worth a visit, just not too many restuarants for dinner in the evenings.
Good sized gym and great little running track outside. Enjoyed the pool too. Although I was told off by the attendent at the desk for wearing my dressing gown provided in the room down to the pool... apparantly you MUST change into your bathing suit in the changing rooms rather than your hotel room - bit of a strange rule, but there you go!

Room Tip: Teppinyaki restuarant on top floor is very good too (and great views of Tokyo also).
