I stayed here with my girlfriend for 4 nights and had a good time. Pretty good location close to Tokyo station and the Ningyoucho subway station only a few minutes walk away, but whenever we were going somewhere from that station we always had to change trains at least once or twice to get were we wanted.

The bed and pillow were a bit hard, but I slept very well anyway. I also wasn't very fond of the shampoo and soap they had in the bathroom, but other than that there is nothing to complain about the rooms.

Breakfast was a bit limited but expected with regards to the price. You got a buffet with croissants, soft bread buns and some harder bread buns and potato salad.

There were information about the hotel and the rooms in English in the rooms and you only really need to talk to the staff when checking in. I'm not sure if they know English or not though since my girlfriend speaks Japanese.

Good hotel all in all and I could consider staying there again in the future.

I have stayed 4 times at this hotel for business purposes in the last 5 years. It is good value for money, as I usually stay around 10 nights each time. The location is excellent (just a 15' walk from the Imperial Gardens and the Tokyo Station) and also has excellent train connection from the Narita airport (Ningyocho station, only a 5' easy walk from the hotel). Taking into account the Tokyo hotel rates, the prices that you pay at this hotel are rather reasonable. However it is not meant so much for foreigners, and I always tend to be the only non-Japanese staying at this hotel. I happend to speak Japanese which makes things much easier both for me and the hotel staff...The rooms are quite small, but tha't Tokyo anyway. The breakfast is not too much to count upon, but it is buffet style and one can eat as much as he wants. Anyway, in very few western hotels in Japan one can have a rich breakfast. I will surely stay at this hotel again during my next visit to Tokyo.
