If you plan to take the Shinkansen from Tokyo station next morning, or if you arrive at Tokyo station very tired, then this is your choice. The onsen spa inside the bulding around the clock will ease your back. Free shuttle bus in the morning to Tokyo station (taxi in less than 10 minutes). The only downside is that some (apparently foreign) guests didn't respect the onsen manners while I was staying there and the place where you remove your clothes was in disorder. Apart from that, the rooms are clean and OK. Free internet connection, of course. Staffs are polite (don't expect everyone to speak English fluently, though). I won't waste money in a hotel with stars, I prefer to stay at these kind of business hotels with a spa while in Tokyo.

Very nicely equipped room with tatami area separating sleeping area and sink. A low table and two cushions can be used for serving snacks and meals in the room. The sink area functions as both vanity and mini kitchen, as there's a hot water kettle and refrigerator. There is also a microwave in the lobby, disposable chopsticks, and vending machines with beer, coffee, and soft drinks. The bathroom features shower and bidet-style toilet, and on the second floor is a common bath with natural hot springs. The female side has a large indoor bath and two small outdoor wooden baths. As an earlier reviewer notes, tattoos are not permitted---this is common practice in Japan, and if you've got tattoos you should be prepared to be refused admittance to many onsen. The dressing area of the common bath includes two washing machines (free) with detergent (free). Dryers available for a small fee, but the bathroom also includes a laundry hanger.

Hacchobori Station is the closest, but Tokyo Station is only a 15 minute walk.

the hotel is very close to hatchobori station on Keiyo line but getting to the line in tokyo station will take you ages. check with them for the shuttle bus schedule to and from tokyo station.

we were very disappointed when we found out tattoo was not accepted in the hotspring (they even put "institution", we felt rejected by the place). they should have put a note or something on the booking website. we have been to some very traditional onsen ryokan and had no problem so we were quite surprised that they emphasized it by putting the sign in the lobby as well as on the door of the bath. hotspring is the main reason why i booked the hotel, so i don't think i will come back.

we liked the free ramen though. available on 1/f from 9:30pm-10:30.

I love this place bcuz there is onsen in this business hotel in Tokyo and the rate is reasonable for us. after tired day we really need onzen for our tired legs ! many Japanese their and less foreigner.
We stayed on 11 FL , all the room amentity is perfect. and staff is helpful and able to communicate.
