The breakfast is not so great, the room is ok, considering the usual room size for hotels in tokyo.
Stayed for 3 nights and had a great time!
We had 2 nights at the Dai Ichi Annex and were very pleased. The hotel isn't as glamerous as its bigger and more expensive sister next door but the rooms are perfectly adequate, the front desk helpful and the location next to Shimbashi station is very good. For the money you can't really go wrong.
My first trip to Tokyo . The rooms are small (as expected) but very comfortable. Location next to Ginza and close Hibya Park is super for going out in the eveneing. The best part was the service. Staff were VERY attentive and helped me out several times on travel arrangements , directions, looking after things, etc. I will come back.
We enjoyed our stay in the Dai-Ichi Annex hotel. The location is great, the rooms are small but very clean and comfortable.
