The Borgo di Sutri is a wonderful four-star hotel on the outskirts of the Etruscan-Mediaeval village of Sutri in southern Viterbo province. There are lovely double rooms and five suites, the latter I would definitely recommend. The buildings originally formed part of an aristocratic country estate, including a little church. The owners are very friendly and helpful as is the staff. The grounds are huge which was perfect for walking our dog. The hotel's restaurant and bar are excellent and highly recommended. Other restaurants are located in the nearby village, one of which I'd recommend is called "Il Vescovado." We paid 120 euros per night for the suite which included an ample breakfast.
