Very welcoming staff upon arrival. I was a solo traveller but was given the use of a double room. The room was immaculate and the facilities available were superb. Beautiful pool with plenty of sunbeds and umberellas. Beach towels were also available for a small fee.

The breakfast choice was huge, all manner of cereals, breads, preserves, fruit along with a choice of cooked breakfast, tea, coffee and fresh juice.

Wide selection of lunch snacks were available and were always prepared to order and at a very reasonable price.

On a very rare overcast day I sampled a treatment or two in the spa. My only minor complaint was that the treatment felt hurried/rushed and did not leave me feeling as relaxed as I had expected.

Hotel was ideally located for trips into Guardamar or Torrevieja and I would happily stay there again.

Nice people in an average hotel. Beware only junior suites or above actually have double beds. All other rooms are twins!

That said, we enjoyed our stay as it was near our friends house and there are some good local restaurants such as Budapest.

First time stay in this hotel but have been there before just for a drink while staying in the area,we found all staff in the hotel very nice no complaint's.
We had 2 rooms 118/120,overlooking the pool our balcony was very narrow and no room for chair's or table on it,i did send an email few weeks before we arrived asking if possible for us to have a larger balcony but never got a reply never mind we weren't in our rooms much.

Flat screen TV with 3 english channels.
Razor,shampoo/bodywash,comb,hairdryer in the bathroom.
Free safe hire also free minibar.No free drinks in it.There was a couple of small bottles of water in the minibar for an extra charge but they are much cheaper in the local shop.
Aircon/heating controlled in the room.

Towel's changed daily even when we left our's on the towel rack,we only stayed for 4 night's and our sheets got changed which we dont expect for a short break.

Breakfast is served from 8am/11am.
Breakfast full english, yoguart,cerial,fruit etc,very nice.
We were on a bed/breakfast board,the reataurant is open for lunch/evening meal.

It might of been the time of year but there was only 10 sunlounger's around the pool,but there are table/chair's to.
Like someone said some rust around the grid in the pool no heating in the pool either and it was freezing.

Plenty of free parking over the road from the hotel under canopy's.
Grounds around and within the hotel are well kept.

Health suite expensive.
We will use this hotel again in the futue as we have family/friends nr by we usually rent an apt when we visit durning the summer but i think it will be the hotel from now on.

Hotel about 40minutes from Alicante airport,we rented a car from Economy car hire- Centurno )we have used them before they are one of the cheapest company's easy to find on the 3rd floor at the airport we booked online through there web site.

Not much to do in the area where the hotel is, so a car really is a must also no local buses nr the hotel.Its not that easy to get about without a car.

Hotel staff very friendly.Would not rate as a four star hotel.The pool had a lot of rust areas in it.The bedroom was meant to be for a person with a disability no hand bar in shower and the room was small.Breakfast very nice but should not let things run out.Had a very nice dinner and the wine recommended was excellent.Overall they need to upgrade rooms to four star new fridge modern tv and clean walls.Anybody going there would need there own transport as ther is no bus service
