I booked this hotel as part of a last minute deal and was worried about the distance from the centre of Alicante at first. However, it is a pleasant 10-15 minute walk and there are very regular and inexpensive buses to and from the centre.
It is a very well-staffed, friendly hotel with all necessary requirements for a holiday hotel.
The reception staff are very friendly and are willing to ensure you have a happy stay. They are very pleased to advise about transport, things to do etc.
The rooms are pleasantly spacious with TV, aircon and mini-bar. The bathroom was lovely. The hotel has a very modern feel about it. The gym is adequate but unfortunately the jacuzzi/sauna spa area was not available to be used while I was there.
The cleaning staff are wonderful, the room was kept spotlessly clean and bathroom supplies well stocked. They were unobtrusive and very friendly.
The breakfast buffet was lovely with a range of the usual items for Spain- scrambled eggs/bacon/sausages, tortilla, lovely fresh fruit, yoghurts, juices, a range of breads, meats, cheeses, croissants, cakes etc.
I had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed my time at this hotel.

We were planning to take train to Barcelona and missed it, so had to stay here, good hotel, clean but wifi is only in lobby not in rooms, there is free access to the spa with a Jacuzzi, sauna and gym. Staff is friendly and polite.

Room service is quick. There is a supermarket near by for UR own booze. There is a nice Italian and one Chinese resturant which serve really nice food.

I did a quick search and quickly decided to make a reservation for this hotel. The location was perfect, close to the beach, close to the busy places, but far enough to be quiet. The hotel reception was friendly, the room was great, the AC working perfectly. The city bus to go to the airport was 4 minutes away for a total traveling of 15 minutes until the airport.

we went for a nice little get away and were very pleased with the hotel for the price we paid. We had a car so the location was perfect but only 5 euros in a taxi to the port/down town so not too bad. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and happy to help. We were late coming to breakfast and the staff did what they could to accomodate us. Our room had a faulty air condidioner and when we opened the window it was noisey so they changed our room immediately with no bother. i think it was def the staff who made the stay so pleasant. The hotel is alos very modern and quirky in style, original and def more up to date than the other hotels around. :)
