The hotel is 5 minutes from the city by taxi. I love the NH hotel chain because they pay a lot of attention to little details that a traveller needs to make his stay more comfortable; like the make-up mirror, little nooks in the bathroom to put your stuff, etc.
The staff was very friendly and helpful in recommending places nearby to eat and the area downtown to shop.
The breakfast buffet was standard, with no warm food on the buffet table, but there were ample ingredients available for us to put together omelet ingredients and hand to the waiter to cook.
I would stay there again. They really made us feel at home.

The hotel was good, near (10 minutes walking) to a "virgin" beach (not so well maintained and with pretty dirty water, from the ships) and about 10 minutes (by bus) to the Postigue beach. It is located in a new developed neighbourhoud, to the perifery of the town. The staff was nice, food was good (healthy), rooms - spacious. I find it pretty expensive, but maybe it's normal for a resort like Alicante and a 4* hotel. A pool on the roof would have been just perfect, completing the spa area.

The hotel is very clean, reception is undermanned and can cause a delay and also not very friendly or helpful. The restauarant was closed on the Friday night of our stay.....not what I would have expected.
Bedrooms are clean, spacious.and comfortable. Location requires a taxi to get to the centre for restaurants and bars.

just come back from alicante, and the hotel was brilliant staff very nice , and we had extra time to stay in the hotel as our flights were not till the evening no extra costs, the food was lovely the place was very clean 100% for this hotel , if you dont want to be in the centre of alicante this is the place to stay , very reasonable price indeed , air con worked perfectly thank god ! as it was very hot there last week ,so well recomended .
