I had countless problems with this hotel and checked out after only 3 nights of an 8 night stay. I completed a complaint form for the authorities as well as having to involve the local police and tourist authority. My experience here was awful and I would not wish it on anyone else. We had to change rooms at 5.30am due to disco noise which was audible on 4th floor. This was after we had already complained of noise the night before. The double glazing is very old and ineffective offering no resistance to the constant traffic noise outside. Having changed rooms, we did not receive any service in the new room.

The cafeteria is a dangerous area, as all food appears to be cooked on one griddle which is not cleaned. This includes burgers, toasted sandwiches and omelettes, all cooked in animal fat. We had severe stomach problems on more than one occasion after eating there.The hotel staff are dreadfully rude, the manager was totally disinterested, arrogant and rude when we complained. The hotel is a total disaster and I would not wish anyone else to have to endure what my wife and I have just suffered.
