I cannot agree with Sally Green. We have stayed at Caicocci for the past three years and have just booked up for a fourth. Caicocci is certainly isolated; isn't that why you holiday in the country. There are lots of really lovely small cities within 45 minute drive. One of the great things is the amount of space there is and if you rented one of the more distant properties you would find it a long walk to the pool. I absolutely agree the pool is beautiful and with a bar/cafe which is very useful. Last year was very hot in July but generally air conditioning is not necessary as the apartments have high ceilings and thick stone walls. I have no idea where the idea of the place being dusty comes from as the entire estate is green as anything with a lot of mature woodland. We did use one of the sofa beds once; I did not get any complaint from the child that used it. The proper beds are very comfortable with beautiful cotton sheets. I would agree about the kitchens though we have cooked meals for 10 people using them and the barbecue; I understand they are due for upgrading. We love Caicocci, it is beautiful, friendly, relaxing and simply wonderful!
