Yet another romantic anniversary
What can we say apart from thank you to all the staff at Yorebridge for making our Anniversary once again special, we enjoyed a romantic evening with superb food and excellent wine but just sorry we were unable extend our stay for a few more nights. Anyone wanting that special place for a romantic treat look no further.

Room Tip: Hot tub rooms area must

“A wonderful way to spend our anniversary!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 February 2012

We decided to stay in the African style room for our second stay and it was gorgeous, we loved the hot tub on the river on a clear night with champagne. The shortbread in the room was yummy (I ate my partners as well!).

The food in the hotel was scrumptious and well worth the price - huge thank you to the chefs. The manager knowing it was our anniversary brought us lots of extra touches and was just a wonderful host.

The hotel is lovely and quiet, the room was lovely and warm and just blissful. I thoroughly reccomend a tour of the rooms.

Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will be back soon

Room Tip: Kariega has a hot tub overlooking a river and the room has its own temperature control.

“What more would you want”

After hearing about yorebridge house and looking through there website my partner secretly booked it, and what an impressive visit, the rooms are immaculate and don't lose the wow factor, we had our room over looking the stream, it also had it's own garden and hot tub, (which noone overlooked or intruded) which on a clear night was to die for, champagne was arranged to be in our room upon arrival and a welcome letter was there explaining all the bits in the room etc(even if they spelt our surname wrong it's still a lovely touch). We were definitely impressed by the service both in the restaurant and the hotel side of things. Food was quite expensive for what it was, £45 for 3 courses I think it was. But still a lovely experience. The day we left it had heavily snowed, which made a perfect place look like a fairytale, a definite must go, keep up the good work

“LOVE IT!!!”

Hi

I have just returned from my second visit to Yorebridge house. It is a fantastic hotel. The staff are all very attentive. During my first visit just before Christmas I got engaged, I returned this week to discuss weddings as we fell in love with the place.

The images on the website are fab but having been given a tour and seen all of the rooms today they are even more fantastic than I though. The novelty of the private hot tub does not wear off, the rooms are immaculate and the food is great. The setting is beautiful and some of the rooms have views of the river running past which is just beautiful.

It’s a stunning hotel and must be visited. I think I read a review from someone saying that they thought it was perhaps overpriced for what you get. I cannot disagree more, I think it’s well priced for a luxurious hotel and includes a fantastic breakfast.

I hope to return to have my wedding at Yorebridge and many anniversaries thereafter!

Room Tip: I don't think you would be disapointed with any but for pure FUN you should opt for a hot tub.

“Brilliant, just as good on the second visit”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 23 January 2012

This is the second time we have stayed at Yorebridge House, and it was even better than the first time we visited. We stayed in the Kariega room, which is beautifully decorated. The hot tub overlooking the river was lovely, i imagine it would be very relaxing to stay there in the warmer weather watching the world go by sitting out on the terrace. We also stayed in the Rangali room, which is our favourite room. The food again was amazing. One of the main attractions that made us re-visit yorebridge was the staff. They are incredibly friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. They also enjoy a bit of banter, as do we which is always a bonus for us. Once again thankyou to all the staff, and special thanks to Adam the manager and the 'one and only' Nathan the barman. We will definately be returning again sometime this year.

Room Tip: The Rangali for privacy of the hot tub and the cover over the top helps if it rains
