It's not often that a return visit lives up to memories of an earlier visit. Our return did just that. So long as you are happy staying in lovely countryside where a car is essential this place is perfect. We love the South of the island and love this place. Superb room and a wonderful welcome and the island came up with perfect weather again. One of us 66 and one 10 and we will both be back.

I stayed here last year with a friend whilst doing some studies and returned this year to finish those studies and to be a tourist on the Isle of Man. Last year Chris and Andrew had made us very welcome and this year was no different. Standards have not dropped at all. If anything, they have managed to make it even better. They have restyled the garden and, with its great views across to Jeremy Clarkson's lighthouse, it is a lovely place to sit and relax when the weather allows.

Everything was clean, the breakfasts were great and we were even allowed to sample Manx kippers but not for breakfast! It was a great place to start the day and lovely to return there in the evening. Despite being located nearer the south of the island, it is not a problem to get to any location.

Having finished the studies, I now have to find a reason for a return visit.

Many thanks to Chris and Andrew for a lovely stay in their B&B. This was the second time I have stayed with them and the spacious accomodation and breakfasts are just fantastic. I hope to return next year for the TT practice week or Southern 100, or maybe both!!

A delightful welcome from the owners. Room was very clean and bright, Shower room excellent. The bed was very comfortable, Tea, coffee, biscuits well stocked and topped up daily. Wall TV had all the usual freeview channels. Good for catch up TV!. Breakfast was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and plenty to eat, good start to a day. Ample parking either for car or motorbike. Website directions were very accurate to find this place, care is needed on the twisty road up but once done easy to repeat. Whole area is very quiet, no noise problems.We thoroughly recommend this place and hope to stay again in the future.
