Really enjoyed my stay at The Bridge End. Really cosy bed, clean room and en-suite and very friendly staff. Hope to return soon!

We had booked for a romantic half term break.
What an overpriced disappointment.

The room was poorly furnished, heating switched off overnight and therefore cold. The bathroom was dirty - the saniflow loo leaked and complimentary bath products did not exist.

The room felt unfinished - lack of skirting boards, loose electricial wiring and a kettle that had to be boiled on the floor.

Unlabelled fire doors that were wedged open, did not impress.

A very disappointing and expensive visit.

The resturant refered to in the advertising leaflet does not exist either!

We will not return!
After over 28 days, we still await a reply to an email of complaint.

We had a fantastic fresh breakfast (the best continental breakfast Ive had ).

Rooms were clean, well decorated and the most comfortable bed and pillows, ensured we had a great nights sleep.
The complementary snack box was great when i fancied a midnight snack ( crisps, chocolate, nuts, biscuits) no i didn't eat them all my partner helped!


Thanks again for your hospitality it was a memorable stay.
I am already looking at suitable dates to return in the new year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, the accommodation was of such a high standard and the decor was lovely - and the bed extremely comfortable which ensured the best nights' sleep in a long time! I loved all the personal extra touches, such as the box of complimentary items and the pink duck in the bathroom - it all just added to the high standard of the accommodation.

The restaurant resommendation of Skillet's was perfect, we had a lovely meal there, and the breakfast on Sunday morning was divine, and filled us up for the day ahead - thank you!

I have already recommended you to a number of friends and family, and I hope you continue to do well and build up a large customer base.
