I stayed there for business for about a week since several years. The beds are fine, no-smoking rooms are available. The rooms are small, but the essential is there, and you can work on the small table if needed. The have free lan (over ethernet, cable is provided free). The staff is very helpful, and speaks English. The breakfast is a bit a "special" combination of continental, japanese and european style, but OK. There are no sport facilities available in the hotel, but south-west of the hotel there is a nice public park (near to the shrine of Kokubunji), which is a nice round course for running or walking. You see the park in google maps
