“One of the best Etaps we've stayed in”

We approached this stay with a little trepidation as our experience in the Calais Etap at the beginning of our hols wasn't particularly positive (not v clean). However, this hotel was at an entirely different standard - the room could not be faulted on cleanliness, the beds were comfortable, the feel fresh and modern. A big plus for us was the nearby shopping mall, with a huge Carrefour and a Flunch, where we ate a very reasonably priced meal. If we'd had more time we would also have been able to explore the nearby forest of Rambouillet. Would definitely use as a stopover again.

“Decent barebones lodging”

If you're looking for a cheap place to stay, with easy access (24/7) off the highway, this place isn't bad at all. We only paid 38 euro, so I was a little apprehensive, but the room was clean (had it's own bath) and it was quiet, though I don't think too many people stayed there that night either. We stayed in a Premiere Hotel (similar type hotel) the next day and I would never ever stay there again, but my experience at this Etap was fine.
