Got to the hotel around 6 pm on a Sunday. They do not always have staff on duty so you have to have your codes for the door and for a small safe where the key is. I had a suite that has a kitchen and a bedroom. It is not cozy but very pravtical for families and work related visits. It is relatively clean and the staff are nice and helpful. It is 10 minutes walk to Bordeaux I. They offer a breakfast for 5 euros, which includes croissants and jambons. The hotel is 15 minutes from the airport (40 euros cab fare on Sunday and around 30 euros during week days) and is near a train station. It is 10 minutes from Bordeaux for 1.40 euros.

“Very average hotel close to university”
I stayed in the Teneo Hotel for 3 nights in May 2009. Rooms are spacious but poorly decorated. I had to ask for bed sheets, pillows and towels three times. Room is not cleaned daily. The breakfast is rather poor as well. Nice bar/restaurant next to the Hotel. I would not recommend the Hotel, unless you are looking for something very cheap close to the University.
