“The worsest service ever!”

We made a reservation. Two days before we left home we send an email that we couldn't arrive before 20.00. When we arrived in the evening afther a lot of trffic jams with our 2 kids the owner told us that our room was given.
And then? No service at all...no intension of helping us away. What a terrible service.
I travelled round many countries but this is the worsest place to be.
So thank you mister Schneider. We found 1,6 km further a perfect place.
