Been in this hotel for 3 nights with my wife & 7 years old son.
Friendly & helpful staff. clean EX-large rooms, lovely breakfast and restaurant (not expensive), 30min free internet. above average hotel for the price, free parking
We all did not want to leave after 3 nights we had a great time.

The service received in this hotel was excellent. We were greeted with a very warm welcome when we arrived and whenever we dined in the restaurant.

The room was average, but very clean and quite spacious for a European hotel. The bathroom was good, clean and spacious.

The location is excellent. It is in the heart of the Black Forest surrounded by the Forest itself, yet within a short drive of all the attractions. There is plenty of parking at the hotel, and the on-site restaurant had excellent service and fantastic food. There is also a giant cuckoo clock there, and several shops for last minute gifts.

The best thing about the hotel was the scenic relaxing location which was great for chilling out after a hard days sightseeing.

The location is near to the Ravena canyon and direct access to the Bundestraße 31 but you just hear a bit of the traffic.

This hotel was the most beautiful gem in this even more beautiful area of Germany, the Schwarzwald, or Black Forest region. It had natural springs that are mountain fed which are part of the hotel's water system, and there are outdoor fountains which you can drink from. There are beautiful hiking paths which are right off of the property, and there is free wireless internet. Our room was beautiful and clean. All of my family loved it, including kids, teenagers, and elderly parents. We would definitely go again.!!
