We spent a very pleasant weekend in Bath using Eagle House as our base. The B&B itself is lovely. Wonderfully grand large old house and gardens which you are free to roam as you please. Our room, the Cherry room, was nice and cosy, and had everything a decent B&B should have. The owners and their staff were all very welcoming, and made a genuine effort to engage with their guests which was nice to see.

The breakfast included in the room rate comprised of a good selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurts, toast and croissants, fruit juices and tea/coffee. A full english breakfast cost an extra fiver each, but we treated ourselves on day two and it was well worth it.

I would happily recommend this place to anyone, and would go back there in a heart-beat.

We stayed with our daughters in the cottage next to the main house and loved it. The cottage had pretty much everything we needed and having the walled garden was great for our girls to run about in. We were greeted warmly and the service was generally very good. I cannot speak for the main B&B, but the cottage was great value and we would definitely go back.

When booking through Expedia be aware that the hotel will charge both an additional booking fee and VAT on top of the price Expedia quotes in its Travel Confirmation.

Having said that the Hotel, staff and location all all fantastic.
