We stayed at the Loch Ness Log Cabins (Drummond Farm) a few years ago now though flicking through photos recently prompted me to write a review.

As a party of four adults, we shared a log cabin for two nights during a week long driving tour around Scotland.

I found this accomadation via a web search and we were happy with the outcome.

All dealings with the operators were pleasant, friendly, efficient and professional. It was very easy to arrange our booking and we made to feel very welcome.

We arrived late at night though were warmly welcomed and thanks to our sat nav we managed to find the place easily in the dark.

The isolated feel of the cabins is great and the three cabins are are far enough away from each other to maintain this and privacy.

The cabins are perched high on a hill above Loch Ness which is also a great drawcard! The Loch is easily accessible on foot and Inverness is only a short drive away!

The cabins themselves feel very cosy and heat up nicely in the winter. They are well equipped for self catering and feel very homely.

Electricity is paid for via a meter which is reasonable and easy to use, no bother there. The nightly tariff is also very reasonable, one of the cheapest during our trip.

We were all delighted with our stay at Loch Ness Cabins and would have no problem recommending a stay there!
