We had 5 very relaxing and totally peaceful nights in the hotel 10th October to 15th October. The hotel room was absolutely stunning with a front sea view with a terrace and a side window with a small terrace. The room was spotless and the very spacious bed was extremely comfortable. The pillows on the bed (we asked to have three each no problem) were the softest pillows in a hotel we have ever had in Spain very important for a good nights sleep. The staff and the service in the hotel were outstanding nothing was to much trouble. The buffet breakfast was superb with everything to suit your taste. We found the cooked part of the breakfast was excellant eggs perfectly cooked and everthing allways hot. We opted for half board and the evening meal had plenty of choices and excellant cuisine the same standard as breakfast. The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect it is situated right opposite the beach you just cross the very quiet beach road and you are on the beach. We used to eat our meals on the front terrace looking at the sea (so near) At night we watched the sun go down 7.45pm and then the most awsome sunsets we have ever seen, this experiance was all enjoyed during our meal (never be forgotten) We will certainly return again.

We booked this hotel for our wedding night in October 2011 - what a mistake! They completely messed up our booking thus totally ruining this once in a life time experience. The manager was indescribably rude, ungracious and unapologetic.

Despite complaining to the head office this matter is still unresolved. I would highly advise that people did not stay in this hotel as they clearly do not care about their customers in the slightest.

I had a great short break in Sol Los Fenicios Hotel. I arrived very early and, as I expected, my room was not ready. The staff made sure to prepare the room quickly and continued with their warm and efficient welcome. My room was very big, very clean and very comfortable.

I was limited to a light breakfast (for health reasons - fruit only) and salivated at the wonderful breakfast set out for the customers. Again, the restaurant staff were very helpful.

The (pebbly) beach was a short stroll across the road which was perfect for me.

So, a great sea side break with great accomodation and helpful staff who were not intrusive.

We got married in la herradura and over 40 of our guests stayed at this hotel including ourselves. from the first moment I made contact with the hotel I received 100% service in dealing with the bookings and any information I required.
The hotel was just lovely in a beautiful location and the staff are just amazing. The rooms were lovely and clean and housekeeping staff were amazing never disturbing you but always when you left the hotel and came back the room was clean.
The food was lovely and it is the first time I ever got up for breakfast every morning and we were asked if there was anything that we would like extra for breakfast as it could be ordered in.
The hotel was so well managed and you felt very welcome with the staff greeting you always on entering the hotel after a day at the beach.
I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend the hotel to anyone as it is a lovely experience.
