Having travelled over 400 miles with work in one day and setting off at 4-30am I was met by a warm welcome and fast friendly check in.My room was warm and the bed, more importantly,was very comfortable.I decided to order room service which was delicious and reasonably priced for the quality.Having arrived in the dark it was a pleasent surprise when going for breakfast to be presented with stunning views of the snow covered hills on a bright winters morning.As for breakfast the service was excellent but more importantly the full English or Scottish dependant on your point of view was super and set me up for another long day.It was a shame I was on there with work and didn't have more time to explore, but can highly recommend the Kenmore and will certainly be returning.

had a super 3dys at the kenmore hotel.our dog wee geordie was made very welcome in the hotel and we enjoyed our meals in the poet bar by the roaring fires.food was superb.when we arrived the local children were singing xmas carols and the xmas lights were put on.felt really part of the community.wee geordie says thanks for all the doggy treats.lovely friendly staff in a beautiful setting.will return soon.xx

\just back from a 2 day break at the Kenmore. A lovely quiet hotel with very pleasant staff. Enjoyed the chiil out for 2 days. had first meal in the Poets Bar which was very nice. Used the restaurant last night and equally enjoyed it. Would like to come back in the summer and chill out on the terrace. Was fortunate enought to see a salmon leaping in the loch whilst there.thank you to the welcoming staff.

Just back from a 2 night stay at this characterful hotel on a Groupon-style deal and couldn't praise the staff more highly for the warmth of the welcome. I have had a previous bad experience using a voucher elsewhere and being made to feel like a second class citizen, however this was not the case at the Kenmore. The welcome was friendly, the room clean and comfortable (although small and very sloping ceilings - Rm 16 - avoid if you are tall or claustrophobic!) and the many open fires well supplied with logs. The food in both the bar and diningroom was tasty and the chef went out of his way to prepare something special for me that was not on the menu. I'd very happily go back anytime. There isn't much to do in Kenmore if you are not a walker, but the scenery is beautiful and it is a totally restful break if ll you want to do is relax.
