This place is seriously beautiful. We have been twice and I can't wait to go again. Roland & Penny are lovely, they made us feel incredibly welcome in their beautiful home.
We haven't stayed in the cottages, though we've been round them and they look unbelievable. The view from every room is incredible though so I was very happy in our upstairs room in the house. Being high up you see a fantastic view of the loch - you undoubtedly know that they thought of every detail when positioning this house, the large glass windows downstairs allow the most incredible views.
Every detail has been thought of - there are great finishing touches. The bathrooms are lovely & the products fantastic.

Really couldn't say anything to change or add to make it a better stay. You just absolutely must go.

Our first time at Sky Cottage: we have been coming to this area for years and wanted to be near upper Loch Tay...Sky Cottage is beautiful, and the location is perfect: we were able to do two good walks just from the cottage..Aberfeldy, Menzies shop, Dunkeld and good gardens and Galleries all nearby.
The cottage is very well thought out with super design and everything one needs for a comfortable stay: my husband loved the steam shower! We both loved the free range hens and their eggs, and as for the view...just go, because words can't describe.

We look forward to a speedy return. We were there end of August/begining of September and the weather was good: heather in full flower.

We stayed at the Waterfall Cottage for our 1st wedding anniversary for 2nights. Let me just start by saying this place is unbelievable. The view, the service, the cute, clean cosy cottages – everything you could want for a romantic break – we even got the sun! In all honesty we are just jealous we don’t live there and realise now how lucky we were to get a last minute booking.

It’s not easy to find such nice accommodation in such a special place that’s perfect just for two – oh and the rates aren’t bad either. This place is a treasure – a true compliment to Roland and Penny.

Did I mention the little chalet by the loch which has everything you’d ever need for a BBQ or cooked breakfast – and a fishing rod for those who are keen…..

We had the most beautiful week in Sky Cottage - we couldn't have had a happier start to our marriage. The location is stunning, and we spent lots of time just staring up Loch Tay from the dining table. Roland and Penny's great skill is their attention to detail - everywhere you turn there is something lovely to look at, and whenever you think "I wonder if there is...", you will find it. A perfect example is the boathouse down on the shores of the loch. Roland recommended spending an evening down there, which we did. Literally all we had to take was the food we ate - everything was there, from wool blankets if it got chilly, beautiful lanterns and candles, firewood (which we used to cook our steaks), herbs, glasses. Amazing.

If you ever tear yourself away from the cottage (not easy), the area is stunning and peppered with excellent farm shops, restaurants and places to visit, without travelling far. We couldn't recommend it more highly, and will be back as soon as we can. It must be glorious in autumn.
