“Value for money.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 December 2011

It's a good hotel for family and is 3/4 star quality. Good service and big rooms. B/fast spread and quality was good but Goan food was not like other famous restaurants. There is a nice virgin beach behind at 2 minutes walk but no hotel staff informed us about it !
Needs lot to be done about activities and atmosphere to make it happening place.
Casino is small but has all games. No complaints as we won some money there !
Overall it was a nice experience.

“good property but primarily a gaming hotel...far from everything else”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 20 December 2011

stay at this property atleast twice a year
rooms cosy and functional adequate services for the whole family
good reataurants and a full service spa on site
main draw is the casino Chances which is open from 11am to 4am .
as it is literally in a valley with a solitary beach 5 mins walk away, there is really nothing other than the pool or casino nearby...hotel has a taxi service to rest of goa but they charge crazy rates if i may say so
all in all a good property with some great deals all year round

Room Tip: all rooms equally the same so doesnt matter

“completely satisfied.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 December 2011

Lets start from the begining when we were planning and searching some good deals in Goa..we saw many resort and hotels and atlast finalising this one with the package of 5nites and 4 days.
Our package includes:
1)Airport Transfers
2)Break fast and dinner
3)Half day sight seen for old goa churches, mangueshi temple & miramar beach

Must say that all of these services was upto the mark as Resort people promised us. Although it is certainely not the 5* property ,but must say that who needed a 5* if you are getting so many services in the package/price offered, with in house casino, two beaches vainguinim and miramar near by and one hot spot near by that is Dona Poula.

Not lets talk about staff and rooms, must say very nice and homely staff with always at your service tag with the smile and rooms (though we have got upgraded from superior to deluxe without any charges as a complimentary suprise for us by the resort people) are very spacious with ok view with clean bathroom.

Initally i was little worried about the food quality as i was travelling with my infant daughter but what i liked the most is the food quality though the buffet was very small but the quality was fine and specially the chances cafe people really made us feel like home as they made special food for my daughter everytime we visited the resturant.

Now for the Casino lovers ,mind it first of all its fact that u cannot win in casino if u are playing keeping any misunderstanding of winning in your mind. But luckly i ended up with a wining note (thought a very small amount). Casino is good in the hotel and the main USP is its in house, so no need to go out and staisfy your intrest of playing.Very nice people ,dealers ,staff and managers all of them are very lively .

Over all i wont say that its a 5star property but a nice place to stay with the family and specailly in the offered rates and yeah you can always ask for the discounts .As if u are making direct booking from the hotel i can assure you , you can get a great discounts with all the services.

“Easily the worst hotel I have stayed in Goa”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 November 2011

We were booked into this hotel by our office on a visit to Goa. Rated as a "5" star luxury hotel - it was anything but. It turned out to be easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in Goa. The rooms, though large, were musty and looked old and shabby. The bathrooms were not very clean and the shower curtain was stained and muddy. The restaurant/coffee shop was an apology of a space and the breakfast buffet a complete sham. It does have a casino though which is probably why people stay there. Avoid at all costs if you want to have good memories of a trip to Goa

Room Tip: all rooms are horrible
