Stayed here in August 2011, hotel was in a great spot on the marina front overlooking port de pollenca bay. The room was pretty average, but did the job,,,as Im not that fussy. Our biggest bugbear was the temperamental air conditioning in the room (and as far as I gathered the hotel). It tripped out constantly through the night, and we spent at least 2 nights trying to sleep in 35+ temp (not easy when you hail from Scotland!). After pestering the reception for a free standing fan, they kindly sourced one for us, which was some consolation!
All in all, friendly staff, cheap enough, clean, but the rooms a bit dated, with cheap/faulty furnishings.
