We have never taken a holiday with friends before and had never rented a villa so, although we were looking forward to this holiday, we did have some trepidation. To minimise the chances of tension within the group (there were 6 of us who have been friends for 30 years), we wanted a villa which was close to a town, which had at least 3 bedrooms, had a private pool, and had enough outside space where you could relax in peace. Casa Lorenzo ticked all the boxes and didn't disappoint. The villa is bright and the pool and grounds were large and well kept. One of the bedrooms has ensuite facilities with another bathroom shared by the remaining 2 bedrooms. There is outside bathroom. There are 3 separate sitting areas outside with tables for dining and outside kitchen facilities, including a barbecue and sinks. A table tennis table and pool table were available outside to keep us amused and, of course, the pool was well used. The villa is located in a quiet location with excellent views of the mountain, yet was only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Puerto de Pollenca (my favourite resort on the island). So all in all, a great choice of villa and a great holiday was had by all. In fact, we are thinking of doing something similar every 2 years!
