appts very clean towels changed and cleaned alt days , bed linen once a week .pool lovely and clean ,
close to beach . now the down part there are 2 appts on 4th floor unfortunetly we stayed in 1 of them,air conditioning has to be on 24/7 ,the patio is ok for hanging washing out just views of roof tiles. make sure you request appy over looking pool

This was our 2nd stay here, a year on, good sized, very clean apartments, large verandas, main door security access substantially improved from last year, overlooking a quiet street one removed from the Pine Walk & you do get patrial sea views in between the sea front buildings. There is a TV with limited channels, a microwave & limited catering facilities provided, so if you eat in a lot maybe not for you. Good sized swimming pool with ample sun loungers, the only slight rub is having to collect & return your keys to the sister hotel some 800 mtrs round the bay but this is not a major detraction.

We have hoildayed in Port dePollensa many times over the last 18 years but first time at these apartments though we have past them before.
We were a bit worried by some of the recent reviews but honestly we could not have disagreed with the negative reviews more.
The location is wonderful. One block back from the pine walk. about two mins walk to the sea.
The apartments were extremely well equipped from cork screw to toaster to microwave to loads of cutlery and crockery. The towels and linen were like new if not new.The apartment was very clean and maintained alternate days.
There were three of us but the apartment was quite spacious. A large balcony overlooking the pool with patio furniture and maiden. The pool was quite small with about 12 sunbeds and some easy chairs and tables. It was cleaned by a friendly young man each morning. We did not use the pool but the children resident seemed to love it.
These apartments were lovely overall. The Bahia staff couldnt help enough. The receptionist was friendly, helpful and efficient. she offered us a room to shower on our day of return to the UK.
We will go back asap but probably next spring.Please dont all book it! Just leave one room for us.
Finally Port de Pollensa remains a beautiful resort. Friendly, clean wonderful beach and loads of excellent restaurants. Go to the square for pre or post dinner drinks. Wonderful atmosphere.

We stayed in the Pollensamar Apts for 9 days and had a great time. The location is fantastic – quiet and close to the pinewalk making the walk into the centre of Pollensa very enjoyable. There are a couple of shops and cafes nearby and within a two minute walk you can be reclining under a pine tree by the sea. The apartments are a good size and clean. We were on the second floor with a large balcony and sea view. While I agree with previous reviewers that they could do with a bit of a cosmetic refurbishment they are still very comfortable and offer great value for money. After seeing a previous review we decided to take up the offer of a safe (€2.50 per day) and felt very secure within these premises. We would definitely return to the Pollensamar Apts.
