The hotel was great! We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. At times communication was trying because we speak about six words in spanish. The hotel was clean and we were upgraded to a suite because no other rooms were available at check in time. The hotel is right next to the beautiful cathedral and located next to the market and other shopping. We will return to Chihuahua and maybe take the train along Copper Canyon to Mexico City and back.

Great Location next to the Cathedral. Walking distance for shopping and sightseeing.
Very good restaurant down stairs.
Piano bar with nice music, cocktails and refreshments.
Free transportation to the airport. Dont forget to tell them if you will be needing it when you register.
If you book through the internet you get better prices.

The staff, accomodations and restaraunt were all great! Upon an early arrival the front desk quickly arranged a room for me and they were helpful in locating a currency exchange nearby. The lobby is very hospitable with a comfortable sitting area and a bar. While the bathroom was tiny it was fortuitous - the wall facing the toilet makes a vey nice head rest after a night of Chihuahua's distilled spirits.

The bed was a little lumpy and that is the only reason I did not score the hotel "excellent". This is a great value for $69.00.

...and my shower was perfect with lots of hot water and an adjustable stream head.

We had a 4am wake up call so we could get to the airport for a 6:30am flight. To our surprise there was no hot water for a morning shower. We let it run for about 20 minutes and still no hot water. Hotel is centeraly located but our room was in need of remodeling. The room was equivalent to a Motel 6 in the USA . If I am going to spend $100 a night for a hotel in Mexico I expect better and would explore other options and stay somewhere else.
