We wanted to stay here one week but we moved after 3 days to a similar hotel in the area.
The hotel is brand new, so everything is in good condition but :
1) We booked for one week, but we initially paid only the 3 first nights. Because of that they just erased all the reservation we made with the courtesy shuttle. As they didn't advise us we just found out before leaving, and got late. Of course when we asked to book us again, there was no more seat available.
2) One day, they just forgot to make up the room.
3) Some food is served in the evening (included in the price). But you have to rush if you want to get a potato chip. After 10 minutes everything is empty and there is nobody to refill.
4) Internet connexion reminded me the 90's.
5) TV seems to come with the same internet line. So you get a frozen image every 5 seconds. Unwatchable.
These are details, but this hotel is one of the most expensives in the city. I was waiting for more service for the price.

We are very sorry about the inconvenience that you encounter during your stay with us. First of all we would like to give you an apology. We are a brand new hotel and still making improvements in all the serving areas, so we are very interested in giving you an update in what we´ve done to improve.
The shuttle gives service to all guest and is booked at the same time that the rooms are, so we instructed our front desk personnel to take special care in letting the guest know how this works so we can avoid further misunderstandings and inconveniences. As you may notice we do not use the “Clean the room” paper signs, we have a couple of buttons that are lit from the inside of every room, if the light is red means “Do not disturb”, when green “Please clean the room” in the day that you room was not cleaned we had a report that the red light was on, again we instructed our personal to make sure of the intentions of our guest, and call them to see if they want the service or not. The managers complimentary is a snack bar that offers beer, wine, sodas, and some light snacks for our guest with no additional cost, is presented from 18:00 to 20:00 hours, every day except Sunday. We have a person in charge so it can be refilled, during that period of time. The T.V. and internet signal were having some trouble and it has been already taking care of.
Basically were are taking your comments to fix and attend all , if in the future you can give us the opportunity of fulfilling your expectation we will make your stay an enjoyable one.
