We stayed here for a friends wedding which happened to be on the same weekend as the Elton John concert. Considering that they were fully booked and there was people/coaches/ everywhere at all times, the staff were faultless. Despite the chaos they made us feel like we were their only guests and I'd like to thank Christine at concierge in particular for her help in getting us a taxi on the most difficult night for taxis ever! The Bride and Groom along with entire wedding party and many other guests also stayed here and everyone raved about it. I would stay here agin in a second.

I loved the huge foyer which leads onto an area for quiet drinks and its famous restaurant. The rooms are clean and modern looking. The outdoor area is also beautiful with a sparkling blue pool and plenty of space for kids to run about. I will definitely return to CPHV as it is the most modern looking hotel I found in the area, and the service was top-notch.

We have previously stayed at the CPHV. We returned for 2 nights to celebrate friend's birth and to visit some of the fabulous vineyards.

We returned to one of the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villas, ground floor. Villa has small kitchenette and convenient parking.

The villa was clean - well maintained and provided with very comfortable king size beds with great pillows.

Overall a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Perhaps only negative comment - and it is difficult to find one was - the kitchenette has no dishwasher - when you are used to these conveniences - especially at the price - it seems to be a minor oversight.

This hotel is “World Class” in every way. I was at first shocked to find a Hotel of this standard in the Hunter Valley. Everything about this hotel is great. Breakfast was outstanding and staff were always friendly and helpful. I had left a number of items in the room and on calling the hotel these items could not be found, but when I made a second call to the Assistant Manager my things were found. The Assistant manager had gone to extreme levels to find my things. They had been put into a wrongly labelled bag he was able to find my things and return them to me within a few days.
